so here are my thoughts on this seasons top 30 contestants and an overall rating thus far.
Top 15 Girls
Majesty Rose
Soooo glad she made it through. shes my number one favorite so far. Majesty has something so genuine about her that many contestants lack, originality, and shes effortless. her final performance of stars was pretty rough since she forgot her lyrics but hopefully she does great things from now on.

Kenzie Hall
I loved her audition and i loved what she did to macklemores cant hold us. I think she can be a fan favorite if she plays her cards right.

Briana Oakley
Briana has a beautiful voice and she showcased it best when she sang Royals in the group rounds, the liberties she took with the melody was great. i don't know if she can be the next Candice glover but I'm glad she made it.

Bria Anai
Ok, I hated what she did to the Jessie j song but she sang the day lights out of this is a mans world, so right now I'm sorta undecided about her. she can either give great performances or over sing the heck out of em.

Andrina Brogden
I actually would have picked Leah Guerrero over Andrina but i could be wrong. i think her final performance song choice was just distasteful for me. maybe she can surprise me who knows.

Austin Wolfe
I think she has a nice tone to her voice but Ive only heard her sing like one song, Radioactive twice! so maybe shell blow me away or maybe shell choke on a different song i just have to find out.

Brandy Neelly
I really like Brandy and her final performance was the best we have heard from her. if plays it right she can easily be the country girl this season. so don't mess up!!

Emily Piriz
She came out of nowhere, and that can be a big disadvantage but her rendition of stars was sublime. She really needs to bring it tonight though since it was the first time we saw her this year. plus shes Hispanic so that's cool points from me!

Jena Asciutto
At first i wasn't sure about her but her Hollywood week performances were amazing. her pronunciation is a little odd but i think she is a shoe in for the top 10 no doubt.

Jessica Meuse
This girl has already gotten a bad rep on American idol so far, even if it isn't her fault. But i still like her voice she sounds like Stevie nicks. She can definitely take the rocker chick spot this season. we need someone with an edge.

Jillian Jensen
Her tone is nice but fr me it isn't all that pleasant all the time i don't know what it is. shes a good singer don't get me wrong but she just reeks of desperation. Hope she can prove me wrong because i don't want to see her get cut again.

Kristen O Connor
Beautiful girl, pretty big voice, but to me just a little too pageanty. maybe its her song choices but she needs to do something to look more genuine.and less like a singing robot.

She has an ok voice but honestly i wasn't had over heels for her final performance. it was kind of emotionless to me. I do respect the fact that she openly admitted to be gay because i cant stand when idol pretends things like that aren't there.

ok alot of people like Malaya, i am not one of them. Not to say she cant sing but she needs some singing lessons or something. its like everything she sings is just loud and not in control. i would have sent her home.

Another girl that i would have sent home, she has the look of a superstar but the voice just isn't all there. this could be a disaster waiting to happen.

Alex Preston
Haven't really heard him sing anything other than his original song but its a great song and Alex has a great voice. i think he can be a real threat this season.

Briston Maroney
How this this kid make it over Savion or David Oliver?? This kid has the worst voice in the competition but somehow managed to make it this far..idk....

Super Glad he made it, he has such a heartfelt voice its just perfect he blends the country and blues very well and i think hes a shoe in for the top 10

It would be nice to have a rocker this season but unfortunately it wont be Caleb. he ain't no James Durbin or Chris daughtry. He comes off as gimmicky and America voted that he'd go home on twitter ha.

Casey Thrasher
Casey didn't impress me in his auditions but i think he did pretty well in hollywood, he has a good country sound but hes in competition with C.J and Dexter for that country spot.

Dexter Roberts
This kid is Hardcore country and to my surprise, i like it haha. He is just effortless and the country fans are going to eat it up. I think he can be a big deal in this competition

Umm, I think he made it through only because he is entertaining but as a singer, i just cant take him seriously.

Ethan has an alright voice but he is kinda under the radar and SAM woolf will probably take most of the cute white kid with guitar votes.

They haven't really showed us much of George so he really is at a disadvantage but his cover of i wont give up was very powerful. this guy can sing!

One of my favorites this year. he is like Burnell 2.0 haha. everything he has sung he sings with so much control and his voice is just very pleasant to listen to.

Great voice but very boring. i don't think America will really vote for him too much i just don't see him standing out. he does sing very well though.

Sam Woolf
And the winner is....haha honestly Sam has a great chance at going all they way. and he does have a really great tone and his original song was not bad at all. Teen girls and grandmas are going to love this kid.

Ehhh, he sang an alright cover of say something and then hasn't done anything impressive. Just his looks.
