THE XFACTOR USA: JUDGES HOMES PART 2

This episode included the children and the elderly haha, but really its not fair that they add an over 25's category and LA Reid is bitching. Why include that category then?? Anyway i really liked this episode, for the most part everyone sounded better than i expected.

And it was interesting how almost everyone sang an up-to-date upbeat song but they all slowed them down.

First let me say he gets extra points for not changing the lyrics of the song from big girls to big boys ha. His vocals were perfect of course but for some reason it was just ok for me. Maybe it was just the song choice that bored me a little bit. No doubt hell make the live shows though.

Now alot of people don't like David because they say hes a kiss ass, but hey whatever earns you points with the judges. But even the haters will admit that this was the best performance from this category. his voice is just so marketable, and that last note he hit was crazy. Plus he is the youngest of this group so that is an advantage.

Given that his full performance wasn't even shown, am guessing hes going home. His voice sounded nice but i couldn't pick his voice out of a bunch.

Really smart song choice since it was popular as an rnb song, but nobody knows that it was actually a country song as well. I liked Tate in his audition but i wasn't impressed with the way he sounded on this one, He sounds generic.

I never liked Vinos voice that much but he almost changed my mind with this performance, it was great. His soulful voice is full of emotion and grit. My second favorite from this category.

Why she made it instead of Jeffrey gutt it beyond me. I'm tired of listening to her sing to be honest, she starts off nice and then she just ruins the whole song. the only good thing i can say about her is that shes good looking.

Ok you can tell shes been practicing in the mirror haha. Either than that she sang very well, i wish she picked a different song though because this one was a bit boring. She is definitely a shoe in for the live shows and Its obvious that shes going to be battling against Carly from now on.

Hey actually sounded alot better than i expected, i actually sorta liked it. The thing i don't like about reed is how serious he is. He acts like hes been hardcore training for this day his whole life. your only 13, go play some video games.

This was my favorite performance from this category, this was just amazing. Yeah she isn't a powerhouse like diamond or Carly but her voice is so refreshing and beautiful. I also really liked the arrangement of her song. I hope she makes it far.

Is she really 13? I have a hard time believing that with the way she sings, her voice is so mature and beautiful. This was technically the best vocal performance from the teens. This girl is pretty much the one to beat from this category, amazing!

XFACTOR USA: JUDGES HOME PART 1

We are finally at the judges "homes" who actually think those are their real houses? Anyways i really think that this season of the x factor has some pretty good talent, no the best of voices but still i am exited from what i saw. The contestants were divided into 4 categories, Young Adults, Teens, Over 25's, and The groups. I wasn't happy about some of the people that they cut like Dinah hansen, Lauren jauregie, but well get to those two later since they were added to a group.

The biggest surprise was how some of the front runners actually struggled and the people who i thought sucked, were actually good haha.

Jennel Garcia

I kissed A Girl

Jennel is one of my favorite girls in the entire competition, but i don't think she chose the right song. She sounded good of course but it wasn't anything like her audition, also it seemed like she took style over substance. I feel like she is going to keep coming off as trying to be too sexy and that will turn people off.

He Chose this song again i guess to redeem himself, but i much rather have heard a different song, But anyways he sounded fantastic, and it didn't sound country at all so i kind of agree with what Nick Jonas was saying about sometimes its rnb and sometimes its country. Which ever genre Willie chooses i have a feeling that he will go very far in this competition.

Ok first of all she earns points for choosing one of my favorite songs, haha also it was a good choice for her voice. I think it started off a little shaky but by the end she sounded pretty damn good. She just really needs to work on her facial expressions, she always seems like shes on the verge of crying haha.

Ill admit this is the best shes ever sounded, but that isn't saying much. I wanted to really like this performance but with all the arm waving and the just OK singing, i found myself not impressed. Sorry Paige Fans. I don't see how she makes it through.

I was so mad when she chose this song i was expecting a complete disaster, and by the end of the song i was just scratching my head haha. She actually made the song very interesting, she was sexy, and am actually starting to like her voice. I really want to see more of her!

So they coincidentally cut all these good looking young guys and put them in a group, hmmm i can tell Simon's trying to find the American version of One Direction. They actually did pretty good, the singing was good and the rapping was good too. Maybe a little too much jumping around. I don't know if theyll get through.

Yeah they messed up a little but they recovered from it, and i still really liked it. Theres just something really cool and exciting about them. Their vocals weren't the best and their made out to be jerks that don't like wearing shirts, but hey i think they are going far in this competition

Three beautiful sisters, and we finally saw a whole performance, they sounded just fine, actually they sounded great. But i still don't care much for them. And i don't see too many people that do.

I'm so glad they added Lyric The Queen to this group, not only because i didn't want to see her go, but because she makes this group so much better. the rapping was great, the energy was on point, i really liked them. Just wonder how well they'll do on the theme weeks.

Where do i start. They cut some of the females with the best voices and put them all together in a group, genius or disaster? I don't know yet but they sounded amazing. The only thing is that i felt like i was watching 5 solo performances. Usually groups consist of people with OK voices but these girl are powerhouses. I wonder if it'll work out.

X FACTOR BOOT CAMP PART 2

I don't watch The Voice but i have seen those battle rounds, and it looks like the x factor is using those battle rounds as well haha, but good thing is that they didn't eliminate one of the two right on the spot. This was a pretty good episode with some pretty good singing, i wish they would have shown another hour of this.

Tara Simon VS Jennel Garcia
Landslide
I felt bad for Jennel on this one, Tara couldn't have picked a worse song choice. Jennel sounded just ok because she was very uncomfortable, since she is always singing those upbeat songs and flipping her hair everywhere. Tara just did what she always does which is butcher a song. Jennel wins by default in my opinion.

Beatrice Miller VS Carly Rose Sonenclar
Pumped Up Kicks
For a couple of 13 year olds, this was a pretty damn good perfomace. Carly sang good technically but i think her voice is just to big for a song like this, shes more of a ballad singer. Beatrice held her own i really like the tone of her voice. i liked Beatrice just a bit better on this one.

Vino Alan VS David Correy
Whats Going On
I knew they'd pit the tattooed guys against each other ha. David did good but Vino really surprised me. I never really liked him but he out sang David on this one. he didn't think so though, he went on a rampage because he thought he messed up, chill out.

Diamond White VS Dinah Hane Hansen
Stronger
I really did not like how they arranged this song at all. But whatever, they both have great voices. The problem with Dinah is perhaps she needs a little more confidence, and diamond needs a little less haha i just think that little pose at the end was corny. Honestly though this was a draw for me they both sounded fantastic.

Sister C VS Lauren Jauregei

I agree with Britney, sister c has great harmony but I'm actually getting tired of there squeaky voices. Lauren on the other hand sound great, really like her.

Brandon Hassan VS Reed Deming

Reed is pretty mediocre if you ask me, Brandon's voice is much better.

Julia Bullock VS Ally Brooke

Julia was one of my favorites from the auditions but i didn't like her here, and Ally just oversung the song but was still better than Julia.

Jeffrey Gutt VS Random Guy

I really liked Jeffrey's audition but he didn't sound too good here, and the other guy, i have no idea.

Tate Stevens VS Willie Jones
Nobody Knows
Yeah Willie messed up but i really doubt Tate was setting him up, not his fault Willie cant remember the words. Tate sounded pretty generic, but good nevertheless.

Arin Ray VS Normani Hamilton
What makes you beautiful
I hate this song, and i didn't like either of their singing. They would make a cute couple though.

Jillian Jansen VS Latasha Robinson

I really wanted to see how Jillian was going to do, since the last time we saw her everyone was too distracted with crying. she actually sang really well, i cant say much for Latasha, she forgot her words.

CeCe Frey VS Paige Thomas

I just have to say i hate this "rivalry" if that's what you want to call it. They make CeCe seem like an Annoying Competitive B**** and Paige the innocent one. But when it comes to actual vocal talent CeCe is much better every time, Paiges voice just isn't good and she forgot some of the words. As for CeCe she did better but it wasn't that great.

X FACTOR: BOOT CAMP PART 1

Last season i didn't watch the boot camp part of the show so i really didn't know what to expect, and i was pleasantly surprised. There was more good singing in this one episode than there was in two weeks of auditions haha. Another thing i enjoyed was LESS drama, they kept the drama to a minimum so that's good.

I hate when girls sing this song especially a 13 year old, because this song is always too big for their voice, but to be honest Diamond did a pretty good job with it. It wasn't great but it was good.

Man, what the hell? Ok problem is that she chose a damn Mariah Carey song, after auditioning with a pink song. Yeah it sounded a little rough but its wasn't as bad as they made it out to be, she still sounded lovely in some parts. I don't think she deserved to go home, i had big hopes for her.

I love Jennels voice its so....sexy haha. The one thing i cant stand is the way she touches her hair on stage and she just comes off as a little cheap. Maybe she should tone the whole sexual thing down a notch.

Ok it wasn't bad, but i just cant seem to ever be impressed. Hes tone is very unique but I dont care for him eh.

Why she picked this song is beyond me. I knew she wouldn't be able to pull it off, she doesn't have a big enough voice, and her vibrato sounds like a machine gun.

I hate the fact that they are making CeCe look like a total Bitch, But between her and Paige, CeCe sang this song wayyy better, i actually really like her alot. I hope she changes the attitude a little bit.
